Love, by Susan Austin-Crumpton

How can I fall in love with my three-month-old nephew that I saw for the first time last week?  I don’t know him, he doesn’t know me.

We haven’t had a chance to bond so how does that happen?

But it did happen!  It was love at first sight.  My heart filled with warmth, my eyes filled with tears and I was in love.  So love can’t depend on knowledge of the other person.  Can’t depend on who they are or how much money they make or what job they have.

What is this experience called love?

I believe true love is the Christ frequency of energy that delivers an enlightening experience.  When I experience love, I am a transmitter of this higher frequency that has the power to change anything.  It truly is a solvent that melts all that gets in its way.

When I feel judgmental or irritable I have lowered my frequency and am no longer a conduit for this beautiful life changing power.

I love the idea that something small that I do can make a difference in the world.  So, I continue to practice love.

Happy Valentine’s Day!  Practice love.
