Talk therapy consists of exploring and deepening our relationship with our emotions, thoughts, and physical body and becoming more aware of how they influence and interact with each other.
One of the fundamental principles of integrative therapy is that healing one level of the mind, body, or spirit can affect healing on the other levels. By exploring all three levels of ourselves simultaneously, we believe deep and lasting healing to be possible.
