The Mindfulness Series

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our thoughts to what is occurring in the present moment and learning to observe and allow our thoughts and feelings without reaction or judgement.  Mindfulness helps us to enjoy our lives more fully and to handle our stress more deliberately so that we do not become overwhelmed.

Join Susan Beyler for her 4-class series covering energy science, self-care, and learning to identify emotional triggers and relationship habits that might work against our goal of living a more mindful life.  Learn new ways to become present in your life and to find your own personal peace.
