The Mindfulness Series
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our thoughts to what is occurring in the present moment and learning to observe and allow our thoughts and feelings without reaction or judgement. Mindfulness helps us to enjoy our lives more fully and to handle our stress more deliberately so that we do not become overwhelmed.
