Learn how the body is affected by stress, sleep and self care and the way our habits in these areas translate in our lives.

This class is designed to:

  • Introduce stress management and teach self regulation techniques.
  • Define sleep hygiene and to educate individuals about diet and other daily habits that affect sleep.
  • Promote self care by exploring creative alternatives to help individuals care for themselves in new and healthy ways.
Help us plan by registering!  If there is no one registered, sessions will be cancelled without notice.
