6:30pm - 8:30pm
Learn how the body is affected by stress, sleep and self care and the way our habits in these areas translate in our lives.
This class is designed to:
- Introduce stress management and teach self regulation techniques.
- Define sleep hygiene and to educate individuals about diet and other daily habits that affect sleep.
- Promote self care by exploring creative alternatives to help individuals care for themselves in new and healthy ways.
