Sarah is a Holistic Coach and Breathwork Practitioner. She lovingly refers to herself as a ‘recovering cynic turned mystic.’ Her journey started over seven years ago when her nervous system finally decided it had enough. After years of bypassing, the smoke signals she was experiencing turned into full-blown wildfires in her being. Years of undigested emotions presented as intense physical symptoms. Through countless hours of therapy, mentorship from a mindfulness coach, and a wide range of education, Sarah has uncovered her true north in the healing arts.
Sarah sees her story as a broadly shared experience; she has a knowing that many of us grow to be fluent in the language of conformity and stray from our truth. In a safe container, we can each be encouraged to find our own path.
Sarah finds deep purpose in walking beside others as they embark on their own journey back home. She takes an integrative approach to healing where many different modalities are used in harmony to support the mind, body and spirit. In your work together, she will invite you to explore your emotions, expand your somatic awareness and more deeply attune to the language of your nervous system. Sarah tailors her sessions to each client’s unique needs, drawing upon guided meditation, breathwork, and talk-centered approaches.
Sarah believes in the innate wholeness of every human being. She is here to hold a nurturing container where you can feel supported to let the ever-present truth inside of you expand.
