One third of your life is spent sleeping. How can this time and valuable innersight help you understand and heal your waking hours?

Dreams offer paths to understanding your life patterns. Through connecting and communicating with your dreams, you may receive their gifts of revelation–the Aha’s of clarity and discernment.

In this class, you will:

  • Learn to ask your dreams questions that will reveal answers held in your subconscious

  • Identify the stages of spiritual transformation revealed in our dream journeys

  • Strengthen your relationship and communication with your dream teachers

  • Engage the power of imagination

You may bring a dream journal filled with years of recollection, bring one dream image from memory, or bring a desire to begin your dream practice. The only requirements for this class are sincerity and curiosity.
